Reporting.cz is an IT company focused on ensuring the functionality of the entire reporting cycle, from data collection to presentation to end users.
We needed to have a software solution for recruiting technical and business consultants for SME and international customers. Our goal was for the solution to be delivered quickly, economically and in the progressive, innovative spirit that reporting.cz is characterized by. Ideally, we also wanted to reduce the costs of the staffing agency.
The dream.jobs solution
Based on the analysis of the reporting.cz business, it became clear that the solution must be an attractive and informative career site for the given target group of candidates with a connection to recruitment software - ATS so that reporting.cz can create a long-term database of employees and contractors.
Results of the dream.jobs solution
dream.jobs artificial intelligence-enabled career sites were implemented in just 4 weeks with minimal cooperation from us. The design and content of the career pages is consistent with our company brand and website. With a perfectly functioning career "e-shop", we tell candidates that everything we do is 100% functional and beautiful at the same time.
The result was the registration of a suitable candidate, which would have cost CZK 200,000 if delivered through a recruitment agency.
