1. When applying one candidate's cv to multiple positions in one company, what is the cost?

If a candidate applies to multiple job postings in one calendar month, your company will only pay for 1 application or resume.

2. Can the system tell if a candidate is applying for a higher position than they should? Will the system also offer him/her a higher position?

Artificial intelligence (AI) ranks positions based on relevance. The candidate will see all advertised positions only in the order that matches his profile. Thus, he will see the higher positions on the lower rank. Whether to apply to them is purely the candidate's decision.

3. Can the system also read a cover letter or other attached letters?

We do not read the cover letter. It is only sent as an attachment to the application for the position.

4. If we don't have ATS? How can we advertise?

If you don't have your own ATS, you can advertise directly in the Job Network via this link Tabidoo ATS basic. Within one minute you can enter the basic details of your company and you can advertise. We also recommend inserting your logo, which will be displayed within the advert.


5. What if too many CVs come in and it is expensive for us?

You can set a maximum number of CVs to limit the costs

6. How to bypass Teamio? We don't want to pay for exporting positions.

If you don't want to pay your current supplier for exporting, you can advertise directly in the Job Portal Network via: Tabidoo ATS basic.

The price of Teamio export corresponds to the price of 2-10 ads on (depending on the price of credits). You advertise on for free. So we can say that this price is low and above all this export will ensure work-free, automated and always up-to-date ads on both job servers.

7. How is data protection ensured?

We are GDPR and CCPA compliant, we use Microsoft AZURE technology.

8. Aren't candidates afraid to upload a CV?

The job portal, like any other portal, requires you to upload a CV. The only difference is that with it is in the first step and with other portals in the last step. A large number of people have their CV publicly on Linkedin. A minimum of candidates are afraid to use their CV to filter positions. The advantage is a significant improvement in displaying positions by relevance. CV insertion replaces semi-functional full-text search.

9. In what language can AI compare CVs with job postings?

A CV and a job advert can be in different languages and yet the job advert will be matched to the CV. AI also works with synonyms. I.e. e.g. programmer and developer.  

10. How do you support inclusive and unbias recruitment?
Our artificial intelligence is programmed with passion and under strict control to be fully unbiased. We do not teach the matching engine by human behavior (biased) but rely more on semantics and understanding the context of the CV and advertisement. 
No categorization of ads allows candidates to see jobs from other areas which traditional job portals would not show.
11. On which portals will I see my advertisement?

Your advertisement will be displayed on 10 job portals within the Job Portal Network with a reach of up to 3 million users per month. The current list can be found at this link

12. How much does advertising cost ?

Advertising with us is for free, you only pay for the results, i.e. for the candidates who respond to your ad. You can find the complete price list here.

13. What do I pay for at ?

You pay for the performance of your advert, which is measured in the number of candidates you receive. You can find the complete price list here.

14. In case we would like to advertise on one of your portals. For example, on "Find a job", will our ads be displayed on other portals?

Yes, exactly. If you want to advertise on any portal from our Network, your ads will be displayed in the entire Job Portal Network of with a reach of more than 3 million users per month.

15. In the case of, could I ask for data such as page views, click-throughs, how many candidates applied, CV database and more? has 2.1 million visitors per month. The job portal offers over 1000 job offers. We do not currently provide other data. We recommend to advertise larger number of ads and evaluate the result in a few months. You do not risk anything. Advertising is for free in all locations with unlimited validity.

16. I pay for all candidates who respond to our advert. That is, even those we consider irrelevant ?

Yes. We can't automatically assess whom companies will invite for an interview. However, the price per candidate obtained assumes that the candidate responds to the advertisement even though they don't match the requirements. Therefore, the unit price per candidate acquired is set so that the total price is adequate. The advantage of this method of pricing compared to traditional job portals is that the advertisement is free of charge, i.e. without restrictions in terms of time and location of the advertisement. 

If you receive a sufficient number of candidates, you can always turn the advertisement off. Alternatively, you can set a maximum number of candidates. Thanks to us, companies also create a quality talent pool.  

17. Do I pay for a candidates if they reply to an advert and send only contact details and a phone number without a CV?

Yes, there is a fee for each response. Some positions do not require CVs from employers. These are usually manual types of roles. However, it can be contractually agreed that there will be no charge for responses from candidates who do not have an EU work permit.
