Two main trends were highlighted: the use of global all-in-one systems and the integration of specialized apps into a recruitment ecosystem. The emphasis was on companies seeking reliable and connected IT solutions to streamline processes such as applicant tracking, onboarding, and communication. While artificial intelligence (AI) was recognized as a trend, it was seen as an add-on to existing software solutions. AI can assist in writing job descriptions and improve candidate search on career pages or job portals. Chatbots were seen as having limited relevance in the recruitment field.
