This Quick Win focused on the perception of recruitment and hiring from young people's perspective, including their expectations and preferences regarding employment. Young individuals show interest in dynamic, youthful, and non-bureaucratic companies that provide them with space for personal development and allow them to be more involved in decision-making and planning. Interest in corporate environments is decreasing, although they still offer advantages such as well-structured educational programs. Young people seek flexibility, freedom, and the opportunity to combine work with personal interests. Employers who enable greater flexibility, remote work, and part-time employment are preferred. The importance of leisure time, vacations, and other benefits that allow young people to enjoy life outside of the work environment is also emphasized.
